- Under the Government Homes for Ukraine scheme, people are being asked to sponsor Ukraine refugees by name.
- As this is not easy, York City of Sanctuary, in partnership with City of York Council, are matching accommodation with Ukraine refugees.
- People will need to register on the National site as well, but we will match people from York with refugees wanting to come here.
- If you have accommodation and would like to sponsor a refugee from Ukraine, please fill out the form below and register your interest.
- Note: – This is in addition to registering with the government’s Homes for Ukraine Scheme
